Modoc County may seem far removed from the events
of 9/11 or the current state of affairs in Iraq,
but disasters are not unheard of in this Frontier
area. Fires, floods, landslides, drought are
examples of some of the events that have impacted
our communities and drastically disrupted lives.
Having a Basic Action Plan can minimize the
devastation, protect lives and improve the chances
