When Can People Come Back
to Their Homes?

 
The Tehama County Evacuation Guidelines have been created with the assistance of the alifornia Office of Emergency Services (OES)
  • How People Will Be Notified To Return Home
    The Incident Commander will determine when it is safe for citizens to move back into their homes. This will be done just as soon as possible.

    This information will be announced through the media
    as well as on the Department’s information lines, at roadblocks, safety zones, and relocation shelters.

  • Request Copy of the Emergency Plan
    For a copy of the Emergency Plan, contact the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office of Emergency Services (OES) @
    530-529-7940 or Tehama County Fire/CDF @ 530-528-5199.
  • Call 9-1-1 to Report an Emergency
    Do not call local Fire Stations to report an emergency or for information, contact 9-1-1 to report all emergencies.
