Northern California EMS, Inc. (Nor-Cal EMS) also known as Nor-Cal EMS, serving the counties of Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Sierra and Trinity.

The agency maintains a library of training and reference materials and other assets to support preparation and response to BT and other disaster and terrorism events.

Nor-Cal's other duties include certification of EMS personnel, designation of receiving and specialty care facilities, authorization of ambulance services and maintaining regional EMS policies and protocols.
